To use the word favorite in a recipe title is big. I’ve worked on and perfected this recipe for a couple of months (my family doesn’t seem to mind.) The fun thing about this recipe is its versatility. You can add any vegetables you want or leave them out. You like chicken? Great. You like pork? Great. Shrimp you say? Perfect. Add whatever protein you have on hand or make it vegan. Its up to you. Let’s get started.
